Daniel runs two Residential and Dementia Homes, a 42 bedded Home in Dudley and a 30 bedded Home in Worcester. Daniel has been involved with the business most of his life as his parents started the business and were co founders of the Association. Daniel is the member of the team who has all the facts and figures about the costs of running a home.

Adam Barwell
Adam runs four Care Homes and 7 supported living units, which cater for people with Mental Health and Alcohol dependency as well as older people. Adam has the support of a big team, which allows him to have other business interests and he is always interested in new ideas in Care.

Trisha Hayward

Trisha Hayward ex Director of Nursing Services owns and manages a 16 bed care home for elderly and dementia.

Mervyn Ricketts
Mervyn runs a small residential and dementia Home in Walsall, 23 bedded Castlefort. Like all small care providers Mervyn is very hands on with the business, which allows him to understand all the implications of running a small Home. Mervyn also has the role of Treasurer of the Association where he ensures that members get value for their membership.

Debbie has been involved in the Care Industry from an early age, volunteer, as a fund raiser, a carer at home and then as a relative. She is a Marketing and Communication specialist, having worked in different types of Associations, before combining both interests and joining the Care Association in 2004

Sue works in the mornings, spreading her time between membership services and special projects
