Many organisations provide training services but what distinguishes BCOP Training Services is the fact that we actually do what we are training people for; the care and support of older people. BCOP have been successfully providing care and support for over 60 years.

Our professional and dedicated team of training and support staff will work with you to provide development for your staff from our portfolio of core subjects or we can devise a programme to meet your specific needs.

All of our courses are presented at our very own modern and luxury training suite at the Kings Norton Business Centre in Birmingham, or if you prefer, we can deliver them in the comfort of your own premises, at a time that suits you.

During our 60 years of providing care, our objective has always been to provide high quality services to meet the ever changing needs of our customers. We are proud of the positive feedback we get from the people who use our services, but we can only achieve this by having well-trained staff, committed to developing their own skills and by seeking new and innovative ways of supporting older people.

The quality and relevance of the training we provide for staff is crucial, but as a charity we also understand the importance of spending money wisely and our value for money fees include all learning materials, handouts, workbooks, assessments, certificates of attendance for successful candidates and every learner also receives complimentary stationery too.

All prices excludes VAT.   Prices for private sessions are based on a maximum attendance of 15 persons.

If you book two ½ day sessions for the same date, the second session is discounted to £150.
